After the first buyers lost their loan 18 days before we were to move, we sold our house again just 4 days after being put back on the market. Everything seems to check out fine with this buyer so we, once again, have a contract!The new house is coming right along. The framers are just about done (they've even framed in our master bathtub!) and we're gearing up for the electricians!
