For the first time ever, I had "fans" waiting at the finish line after a half marathon. Frank and the kids (notice friend, Keira, came in Henry's place since he was napping!) made it to the finish a full 10 seconds before I came across it! The girls had made me construction paper signs ("Run Fast!") and medals all morning and were super excited to see the treats at he end of a race!Knowing they'd be waiting helped me finish a full 3 minutes and 5 seconds faster than the race 3 weeks ago!
