The kids played doctor with "Big Barbie". Frank & I'll be using the discarded toilet paper "bandages" for days!
We finally made it to a pumpkin patch yesterday. Frankie had a hard time choosing a pumpkin. He originally wanted a "bumpy" one, then an odd-shaped one, but settled on a small pumpkin!
PLUS . . .
I ran the KC 1/2 marathon for the second time this morning. It was nice to be able to run the whole 13 miles without having to stop at QT to go to the bathroom (last time I ran it I was pregnant with Henry!). I finished in 1:55:09, that's a pace of a 8:43 minutes/mile. On that hilly course, I was quite pleased with that time! Look for St. Louis 1/2 marathon results in 3 weeks!
